basic rule:

if you want to work with us, you need to not annoy my assistant by writing how much better of a make-up artist you are than doing a test shoot with us before the big job, if you end up doing it anyway.
we do this to get to know you, and email and phone conversation competences are all part of the package which we need from you in the future.
