Eyelash extensions

I overheard that the make-up artist who I worked with today does eyelash extensions, so I asked her about it.

Sythetic lashes (or mink fur…) are glued to the existing lashes with some overly expensive glue that does not come off when one wears non-oily mascara.

The cost to get it done in a studio in the city is €200-300 and it has to be redone about every three weeks because the average natural eyelash life is 18 months.
She does it for €50-80 and is on the edge of complaining, that with over 50 clients/addicts, all of her evenings are spent gluing eyelashes to strangers.
