Denise Julia Reytan, a young product and jewellery designer who I recently worked with, created this shopping window display named “Konsumwelle” (wave of consumption) in a large retail store (Kaufhof) here in Düsseldorf this Febuary.

The store management didn’t find the idea very good at first, and even said they might keep it covered up if they did not like it, and Denise was not even sure whether they would finally let her do this. But they did.

She told me had the best time running through the store and picking out stuff for the window.

Anyway, it was a pleasure working with Denise and photographing her diploma collection. – We decided to certainly do so again.
