Did I ever mention that I was photography student of the year at Allen High School in 2001?
Why? Because the photography teacher left mid-term and I was the only one who remembered/figured out how all the technical stuff worked (digital cameras were still sort of a novum at that time) and took over that class for the rest of the semester.
