German photography has a certain style or characteristic that somehow links it all together. I’m not sure what it is, but of the many German photographers’ work that I’ve followed and looked at over the years, there’s a certain…freshness or cleanness to their work that sets them apart of photography from around the world. Whatever it is, it’s by far my favorite. And I cannot fully explain why. I also think that so much of the design that comes out of Germany has a specific clean-cut feel to it that I find really inspiring.
Just keeping this for the record. I know Cait has been following my stuff, so she must have that in mind, too.
