I know, iPhone pics of food just can’t look good…Anyway, I am alone and just wanted to make some pasta, because I haven’t had any in forever.As the water was boiling for my organic spelt penne, I started thinking about the sauce…Wanting nothing red, tomatoish or sweet, I decided to use cucumber, a little quark, Italian spices, rosemary, fresh parsley, pumpkin seeds and some tangerines to make a quick roasted blend with a spicy herb feel. The good old recipes? I don’t care.If I were a chef, food things would be crazy all the time.
