"I am just here today watch things a little bit and learn about photography."

Today, when Stefan and I said hello to some of the models and their friends (why would they bring friends?!), we realized that they were kind of uninterested in everything and everyone.
In shy but interested voice I said: “I am just here today watch things a little bit and learn about photography.” Then they looked away, even less interested.
And we started putting together the set.

Stefan was laughing and I will probably do it again whenever possible because I really like the idea of acting like you’re someone totally unimportant until you take their photos and they are confused.
The idea originated a couple of months ago, where, after I had introduced everyone to the school management of where we were shooting, I was asked whether I was also an intern “or what”.
