Is anyone else’s Google Apps (Email) acting really weird since Friday?

I get emails up to a day late (so inconvenient), IMAP does not synchronize right, mails or their attachments do not load until I explicitly ask them to do so and every action takes forever (deleting, moving, starring, unspammarking)?

This is the same in the browser as in Mail (on Tiger).
My account is only 37% full.

Sometimes mail alerts me with a yield-exclamation sign telling me that the account is having problems connecting. 

— No seriously, am I the only one with this problem out of nowhere, a problem which I cannot solve or understand?
