Things that are easy with crap lenses, so no macro or low-light. Rotate the camera 30 degrees, desaturate 20%, fake-vignette, and it’s “art”.

Death to HDR and Tilt-Shift! So over done they have no impact anymore. Now? Simple 50mm 1.4 portraits. If done right they’re ace.

I’ve seen a lot of folks recently using expired film and other effects to take vintage-looking shots. It’s a good trend I think.
