I guess not, why should it? It will simply dry, there is no such thing as acid or alcohol in there, it’s pH 7,4 and like water with cells.

dried blood probably would burn its mostly carbon; liquid blood is mostly water so its very unlikely. Thats why mortuary furnaces are so hot

only if you’re able to be drunken enough. in terms of science it’s impossible, most blood we shed is from veins, including CO2 -> kills fire.
