is it possible to fix the default position of an image i open up in photoshop?

i have to always drag it to the other screen and zoom in, but i want i would like it to be right every time i open the program. (cs4)

i am working on these, they will get their retouching piece by piece. the model, mel, never did a pose twice (glad the client picked her). her and i were a good team with the camera; we even made something out of boring jewelry and bags.

ok, so this entranceway of the building on schinkelstr. 35 is obviously trying to be redolent of schinkel, the architect. too bad that schinkel was hired by the nazis to create buildings that reminded them of ancient greece. wtf.
